Tax Write-off for Donated Equipment

TCGa is a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, all equipment and financial donations to TCGa are tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for your donations. However, the IRS requires that you must determine the market value of your donated equipment. TCGa cannot assign a value for your donation.
