Request Equipment (for Nonprofits)

You are required to provide the following documents in order to be eligible for ordering computer equipment.

1. Write a letter of request on your organization's letterhead stationery. Please include your mission statement and information on how the computer equipment will be used. Individuals making a request through an organization must also submit the request on the organization's letterhead stationery.
2. Where applicable, include:
   • a copy of your IRC Section 501(c)(3) tax exemption papers
   • a copy of a newsletter or other document your organization publishes
   • any additional exemption documents for churches and religious organizations
   • your advanced ruling period letter that you received from the IRS if you have not received your permanent one yet.
3. Please bring all the requested documents at the time of pickup.
4. In addition to the above please fill out and submit the form below. TCGa will contact you when we have received all documentation. If you have trouble submitting the form please send us an email at RequestEquipment@TECHCORPSGa.ORG with Subject Line “PC Request”
